Talal A. Al-Emadi 1 and Maryam A. Al-Asmakh

1 Lecturer in law at Qatar University, LLB Qatar, LLM Harvard, and a candidate for the DPhil Degree at the University of Oxford

   Abstract

This short note highlights and comments on some main arguments in the literature on cultural differences and their impact on international life and transnational dealings and supports the argument that the impact of culture should be analysed on the basis of two levels of culture, i.e. national and organizational.
