Consolidation of Legal Principles on Maritime Delimitation: Implications for the Dispute between Slovenia and Croatia in the North Adriatic

Vladimir-Djuro Degan *

This article describes this process and summarizes the current state of the principles and then attempts to analyse their implications for the dispute between Slovenia and Croatia in the North Adriatic.
