Statement on Diplomatic Protection, International Liability for Injurious Consequences Arising out of Acts not Prohibited by International Law*
In this Statement before the 6th Committee of the UNGA, the Chinese representative comments on the ILC's "draft articles on diplomatic protection" and "draft principles on the allocation of loss in the case of transboundary harm arising out of hazardous activities".
